After my first two nights, the first reservation ended, and I was told that I would have to pack up my things and move to a different room due to an Elite member specifically requesting the room I had been checked. At check-in, I specifically asked if I would be allowed stay in the same room for the duration of my stay, without having to move rooms between reservations, and was told yes. In either case, I doubt we will be staying at this specific Days Inn again.A couple of months before my travel, I reserved a room at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites Prattville for total of eight nights, on two different reservations, for the same room type. Really, I showed you pictures!?! Anyway, this could have been an isolated incident or perhaps the front clerk was busy and forgot. Laster that evening, upon our return to the hotel for our second and final night, the dirty socks were still in the room. The next morning, I went to the front desk, showed the front clerk pictures of the dirty black socks, gave her my room number (which she wrote down), and asked for the socks be removed. Granted the pair under the A/C were difficult to see, but the pair in the closet could easily be seen upon opening the guestroom's front door. Lastly, the previous occupant of the room left two pairs of dirty black socks in the room that the cleaning staff did not remove. Second, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained super slow, but fine we dealt with that as well. First, a couple of the desktops had a spilled sticky substance on them, but I wiped them down. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the cleaning staff and their services.
